I've purchased a bunch of different rack mounts from Rackmount Solutions, the mounts always show up as expected and work well. They are well finished and sturdy. I was particularly pleased that this item came with a template for wall mounting.

Had an issue with one of the parts, was missing screw grommets, contacted Rackmount and they had a replacement part sent to me within a few days. Great customer service.

Got the rack and accounted for all the parts. Looked at the instructions and assembled it - with the mounting rails backward. Disassembled it and put it together the right way. The visuals need to be made larger! Maybe with an arrow "This way to the FRONT. Also, suggest that before it is finalized, the screws need to be left somewhat loose in orde...Read More
r to fit the rails. Otherwise it does exactly what it was designed to do. Oh, It would help if actual dimensions were shown before ordering. Nothing in the literature states the Rail lengths. Read Less
