What is your return policy?
Within 10 days of shipping, if the product you ordered does not perform properly, or does not meet your IT needs, the product must be returned in like-new condition in its original packaging, with all parts and manual. Your account will be credited after it is received back at our warehouse. Some items will require a restocking fee.
In order to process an RMA you must complete the online form located here.
For custom orders, or products modified for your specific application, these items may not be returned for credit unless defective.

Can I cancel an order once it has already been placed?
Once an order has been placed it can be shipped as early as 1 hour after. Orders that have not physically been packed on a truck will be stopped, but once an order is on a commercial freight carrier, we cannot call it back.

How do I receive my order if I don’t ship or receive on a regular basis?
