*This dimension allows a minimum 2" gap between the front blanking plate/equipment surface and the inner front door surface. This is recommended to allow for sufficient air-intake and, maximum cooling efficiency.
To achieve the maximum thermal dissipation, blanking panels should be used for every open space on the front rails where equipment is not mounted. This will prevent the unit from continuing to circulate hot air within the cabinet.
